1. Smart Hotel Operations with Building Management System (BMS)

A hotel is not just what the guest sees but also includes many systems behind the scenes that are essential for efficient operation. One of the challenges hotels in general face, but also when installing EV charging stations, is managing the significant demand on energy resources. Without proper management, the additional load can strain the electrical system and increase operational costs.

GRMS allows hotels to issue digital room keys even by mobile apps usage, reducing the need for traditional keys and cards. Guests can easily unlock their rooms and access public areas such as gyms, pools, EV charging stations and parking, using the same digital credentials.
