The new NaturHotel Snovik is designed as a sustainable, four‑storey wooden hotel that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Guests will be able to choose between standard and deluxe double rooms, junior suites, and superior suites, all designed to support comfort and relaxation. Beyond accommodation, the hotel will expand its offer with additional wellness areas, conference facilities, restaurants and dedicated Kneipp experiences.

To support efficient operations and a seamless guest experience, NaturHotel Snovik will be equipped with Robotina’s HIQ Hospitality solution, delivering an integrated smart hotel infrastructure:
• GRMS IQ: Intelligent Room Automation
GRMS IQ enables automated control of HVAC, lighting, shading, and energy management based on room occupancy and hotel operational status. By responding dynamically to guest presence, check‑in and check‑out events, and predefined hotel modes, the system ensures optimal comfort while reducing unnecessary energy consumption and operational costs.
• Access IQ: Smart Digital Access Control
Access IQ provides secure, flexible digital access management for guest rooms, common areas, and staff‑only zones. The system supports digital keys and role‑based access rights, improving security, simplifying guest movement throughout the hotel, and enabling efficient management of staff and technical areas.
• GRMS-PMS Integration: Real‑Time Operational Synchronization
The integration between GRMS and the Property Management System ensures real‑time synchronization of room status, guest access, and check‑in/check‑out processes. This connection enables automated room preparation, accurate status updates for housekeeping and front desk teams, and a consistent operational workflow across all hotel departments.
